Refund policy
Due to the personal and consumable nature of some products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or altered. This includes journals, planners, and other interactive products.
However, we want you to be happy with your order:
- If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a full replacement or refund.
- To process a claim, please provide photographic evidence of the damage or error.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by the customer after delivery (for example, pages being torn, bent, folded or items being used incorrectly).
